About:
Regenerative therapy, using various biomaterials and modalities, has been shown to be effective for preserving teeth, even in advanced periodontitis.
In this lecture, I will share the clinical case experiences, and currently available scientific evidence to review novel minimally invasive (MI) approaches including microsurgery and laser therapy.
These up-dated regenerative therapies are effective to improve clinical outcomes even in advanced cases, and moreover to extend the indication of regenerative therapy use.
The successful possibility of MI approaches in the elderly or diabetic patients who have been considered as probable poor treatment outcomes will be shared.
