About:
Direct composite restorations have been used in many cases based on the MID concept.
The range of direct restoration has been expanding in recent years.

Our department has developed a direct resin-bonded fixed dental prothesis (we call the method “Direct Bridge”) which does not use glass fibers in our daily clinical work.
This can restore a missing tooth without cutting adjacent teeth. It is a very useful method for patients as it preserves healthy adjacent teeth.

In this talk, I will present about this new method of creating bridges, its effectiveness, comparisons between standard restorations and the direct bridge method, diagnostic techniques for case selection, and share some cases for better understanding.

[Section titles]
